In keeping with the dynasty’s tradition of erratic behavior, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has threatened to bombard a South Korean island with 5,000 residents, further raising alarms in Seoul and the U.S., which is beefing up its own missile defenses against possible attack from Pyongyang.

I'm fairly certain one of those soldiers (7th photo, closest to camera) doesn't even have a magazine loaded.

I mean, come on. I know, it's just "strike a pose", but yeesh. You can plainly tell they're all just kind of aiming in the same general direction; some are aiming down, some up, some straight.

When is the US going to leave Korea and Japan?Would we tolerate permanent Chinese bases in Mexico and Central America? No wonder China keeps propping up the North Kprean imbeciles. It was US that introduced nuclear weapons into the peninsula in the fifties in violation of the Armstice agreement.

I know this sounds crazy, but maybe it would be better to wage war with North Korea BEFORE they develop nuclear missiles with a long range strike threat.

Can't we just nuke them and make it look like they blew themselves up?  Seriously, how hard could that be?

US: "North Korea, darling, here's a bouquet, a token of my love!"     North Korea: "Oh, Sam, how sweet! I can't believe this!"    US:  "NK, darling, is that a tear in your eye?"   NK: (Dabs away the tear) "You may say that.  Here, have these by ICBMs. Go, put them in your silos, dear."    US: (dumbfounded): I can't believe this!  Why're you doing this for me?"    NK: (Another tear begins to take shape.)  "Because I've never been loved like this before!"

Even with binoculars, you're still shortsighted.

this 28 year old is an idiot, he looks foolish to the entire world, a kid with NO military training using binoculars for WHAT? what other "leaders" do you see running around pointing at everything like they are so important? The pointing pictures are pathetic and make me suffer diarrhea. Like all of a sudden this 28 year old fat korean is going to do anything positive for that terribly ran country.
