@TIME @TIMEWorld completely agree but I would add any military attack that would harm innocent people is a war crime UN approved or not

Inability of the UN and his own is another crime.

My take: Ban Ki Moon is not as positive that Syrians Assad actually used the "chemicals"! Google: Prince Bandar of Saudia Arabia sent chemicals to the rebels. Reported by Associated Press, they questioned the rebels who stated, "they didn't know what it was, and messig with it, it exploded and killed 12 Rebels!  Vets Network states "Israel provided the chemicals shipped them to Erdogan in Turkey, who then sent them to the rebels. What we don't know is the truth...Before we go attacking another soverign muslim nation, the US better be damned sure they got the right information. Kerry is having to admit a majority of his intel came from Israel, who has attacked Syria 3 times!!! Who gains...The Greater Israel...google that too!

@TIME @TIMEWorld that means air strikes are criminal acts, on ground engagement between armed combatants is what war is. Very simple
