Ousted Egyptian President Morsi Will Stand Trial in November

Former Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi will face trial on Nov. 4 on charges of inciting murder and violence, according to state media.

As the BBC reports, Morsi  will stand trial with 14 other senior members of the Muslim Brotherhood. Since a military-backed ouster, Morsi has been held at a secret location. Meanwhile, violent clashes erupted in Cairo and other cities between security forces and supporters calling for his reinstatement.

In the latest clashes, 57 were killed and more than 400 injured in Cairo over the weekend.
