At least 10 people were killed and dozens injured after a building collapsed on a gathering of students at a mountain resort in South Korea.
Roughly 450 students from the Busan University of Foreign Studies are believed to have been in an auditorium attending a school orientation event in the city of Gyeongju when the roof of the building collapsed, apparently due to the weight of snow on the roof, the Associated Press reports. Many of the students escaped the building on their own. At least 23 students were rescued and taken to hospitals.
