The U.N.-Arab League Envoy to Syria says Security Council must be part of any Syria plan
On Wednesday, Bashar Jaafari, Syria’s Ambassador to the U.N. told reporters that his country is in a “state of war.” Referring to a potential American air strike, he said Syria is preparing for the “worst case scenario.”
