Ahead of the 60th anniversary of the cessation of hostilities of the Korean War on July 27, 1953, the isolated government of North Korean despot Kim Jong Un staged its annual Mass Games in Pyongyang. The event, now a regular draw for foreign photographers, journalists and a handful of tourists, is a Stalinist propaganda fever dream enacted by hundreds of North Korean volunteers.
