A mass grave discovered near Mexico City held the bodies of at least five teenagers who had been kidnapped three months ago, CNN reports.

Mexican authorities had discovered the grave on Thursday, and their announcement late Friday that they had ID-ed five of the 13 bodies inside held out the promise of closure in a crime that had gripped the city: the mass kidnapping of a dozen teens from a bar in May.

It’s unclear how authorities found the grave, and it remains to be seen whether other bodies will also be ID-ed as those of the missing teens. Co-owners of the bar and two employees are in custody in connection with the kidnappings.

The grave is in Tlalmanalco, about 30 miles outside Mexico City.
