Wild fish are becoming alarmingly scarce in much of the world, not least in Asia, where overwhelming demand has led to extensive over-fishing. Now, entrepreneurs are investing in fish farming. One fish farm, Ocean Ethix, is operating an environmentally friendly facility in a Hong Kong high-rise.
